A Korean export wholesaler publishes the same barcode with a 12-month shelf life, 13.2 kg gross carton weight, carton dimensions of 393 × 261 × 224 mm, and 0.023 CBM.
Twenty-four 500ml bottles equal 12 litres of beverage per carton. The gross case weighs 13.2 kg. Ten cartons are therefore about 132 kg gross and 0.23 CBM before palletization. This is not a product where a buyer should make freight estimates from retail photographs.
The current overseas ingredient listing for the same barcode describes a relatively simple system: purified water, black-tea extract, citric acid, flavoring, a small amount of xylitol, white-peach concentrate, black-tea powder and sucralose. That helps explain how the product can make a zero-sugar claim while still tasting sweet. KCN should still verify the actual export label because formulas and declarations can change.
The tea component raises another practical point. “Iced Tea” does not automatically tell the importer the caffeine content. If the destination market has caffeine-declaration rules, KCN needs the current technical specification rather than an assumption based on black tea. The same goes for peach allergens. Some jurisdictions require specific treatment of peach or fruit-derived ingredients; others focus on the main regulated allergens.
The Zero claim needs a destination check. Public retail listings for the barcode show 0g sugar, but the local label should use the exact destination calculation and permitted claim language. Sucralose and xylitol also need to be acceptable and declared correctly in the market where the product will be sold.
The bottle format has another trade implication: 500ml is a full grab-and-go beverage, not a small novelty can. A retailer may expect it to compete with mainstream iced teas, flavored waters and zero-sugar soft drinks. The final shelf price therefore needs to work in a much more crowded category than a niche Korean snack.
The good news is that the case is straightforward to model. 24 x 500ml, 13.2 kg gross, 0.023 CBM, 12 months listed shelf life gives a buyer a real basis for costing. KCN should add the current batch date and exact nutrition/ingredient file before the order is finalized.
